Bug report: visual C++

Found in versions: visual C++ 2003 & 2005

Problem:

while compiling this cpp file:

class Base
{
template<int>
void foo();
};

class Derived:public Base
{
template<>
void foo<0>();
};

the result given by compiler is:

fatal error C1001: INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR
(compiler file 'msc1.cpp', line 2708)
Please choose the Technical Support command on the Visual C++
Help menu, or open the Technical Support help file for more information

I suggest you look on Microsoft's web site for some way to report this
to them. I compiler problem is NOT a C++ language issue.
