New printer notification?

how to get a notification when a new printer is added?
I tried using FindFirstPrinterChangeNotification with
PRINTER_CHANGE_PRINTER flag but with no success (since
FindFirstPrinterChangeNotification should be bound to a already
connected printer).
Is there a way to do it? Or am I doing it the wrong way?
Thank you

Well one of the groups you posted to was correct, but this is
completely off-topic in comp.lang.c++. Please do not cross post
Windows specific questions here in the future.
