Projects

Just curious (and I will probably regret this), but what kind of projects
are you all working on? I am just starting to learn C++ and I was wondering
what kind of systems the /average/ developer works on.

Extremely different kinds.

what kind of systems the /average/ developer works on.

There is no such developer (unless you manage to become one),
therefore there is no system on which he or she works. There
are two possibilities: you work on something you like or on
something you are hired for. If you are fortunate, they are
the same system. Even in that case your feelings toward those
will drift.

Try to limit your inquiries to the _language_ part of C++.
