Remanent - tworzenie nowej bazy od podstaw

Witam!
Dopiero zaczynam korzystac z dobrodziejstwa jakim jest usenet. Mysle ze
choc troche pomocy tu otrzymam.
Chce napisac sobie baze, ktora pozwoli mi zrobic remanent w sklepie
rodzicow. Tzn. musze szybko wklepac faktury zakupowe od poczatku roku,
wprowadzic sprzedaz detaliczna, no i otrzymac to co pozostaje.
Zastanawiam sie tylko, czy pisac aplikacje w samym C++, czy moze
polaczyc z jakims SQL, a moze w ogole skorzystac tylko z PHP

Wszelkie wskazowki mile widziane. Czasu nie wiele, bo musze przygotowac
zamkniecie roku.
