How is :: and -> pronounced?

Is there a standard (or de facto standard) way to pronouce the operator ::
and ->? For example, how would you pronounce the following expressions?

a->f(b);
std::size_t sz;

Not pronounced, simply "Ess-Tee-Dee-size-Tee". In other places
I've used (and heard others use) "colon-colon".
