With respect to this newsgroup, none. All are off-topic, since comp.lang.c++
only deals with standard C++, which doesn't support any of those concepts.

You should ask this question in comp.programming.threads.

Wel this is off topic here. But still i would suggest u refer the book
Operating System By stallings and modern operating system by Galvin.
You will get a clear idea of the above. See also some linu xprogramming
book to know and program about them..
This thing is also not much thread related,as thread uses all of them.
So i suggest u search in yahoo groups giving the key worrang system.
tehre you can get a clear idea. But i strongly suggest u read the above
books i suggested. All will be clear.
