Corrections/additions to the C++ Standard (1998)

As far as I know the only correction/addition to the C++ Standard
(1998) is the Technical Corrigendum (2003). Is that right?
What is in it?
How can I get a copy of it?

Same place you get the original standard ($18 PDF from ANSI for
example), the TC1 was published as a revised (sometiems referred
as the 2003 version) copy of the standard rather than an appendix.

Right
What is in it?
http://www.acceleratedcpp.com/author.../revisions.pdf contains a
complete list of the changes
How can I get a copy of it?

Either from ANSI as a PDF file for $18, or from Wiley Press as a book (ISBN
0-470-84674-7)
