Why program denies when my function is loaded ?

How can i make a class with with one overloaded function declared as
friend ?
When tried but unsuccessful, because I don't know anything clear about
this overloaded function.

Post the code that you tried and people will tell you why it didn't work.

I see your problem now. By definition, if there's only one it's not an
overloaded function.
