Hello experts,
I write a function named palindrome to determine if a character string
is palindromic, and test it with some example strings. Is it suitable
to add it to a company/project library as a small tool function
according to its quality? I will be very happy to get your suggestion
from every aspect on it: interface design, C language knowledge or
algorithm efficient.
Sincerely,

I just started programming in C, and I need some help with this problem.
Your program will read the information about one MiniPoker hand, namely the rank and suit of the hand’s
first card, and the rank and suit of its second card. Note that the two cards in a hand may be entered in
any order; it’s not necessarily the case that the highest card will appear first, for example. Your program will
then determine whether the hand is valid, and...

We have VS2005 ASP.NET 2.0 application that needs to have each paragraph
separated by a line break. I have added "<br />" into the text column (SQL
2000) and it works fine when displaying on a web page (GridView). However,
when I export the to Excel it creates separate rows for each line break, but
I don't want that. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

help writing this palindrome program for my c++ class.
HERE WHAT THE CODE SHOULD BE LIKE.
Write a program that takes a line of input from the keyboard and check to see if that line is a palindrome. Your program should ignore blanks, punctuation, and lettercase
Your program should output what the user entered as well as the reversed line.
Sample output:
Please enter a phrase, and I will tell you if it is a palindrome.

Hi,
i'm new to C programming and i could use some help with an assignment. i would like to store a word in a linked list, with each letter of the word in a separate node of the linked list. i would then like to traverse the linked list to check whether the word is a palindrome. the nodes in the palindrome should be double pointer nodes.
i'm not quite sure how to start here, any assistance will be appreciated.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...
