int x[10]; what is the datatype for &x;

can anybody tell what is the datatype :
int x[10];
int * p = &x ; //error
int * (10) p1 = &x ; //error

try this

int x[10];
int * p = x ;    // X is an array, you dont need &
int * p1 = &x[9]; // is this what you were trying to do?

x is an integer variable Where it can store only a integer datas...
p is integer pointer where it can store only the address of any integer variable...
p1 is also similar to p.....
