ANSI C Summary reposted

Back in August of 1990 I posted to the comp.std.c newsgroup a document
I had
written entitled "The ANSI Standard: A Summary for the C Programmer".
I have converted it to HTML and reposted it as a historical curiosity
on my website at this URL:

I could say that somebody I'll update the document, but since it's
