Hi.
I was wondering how can I access the yacc functions?
because when use a normal yacc function such as
qstring {
yylval.string = strdup(yytext+1);
if(yylval.string !='"')
warning("Undeterminated Character strig",(char
*)0);

Hi
I have been trying to add a mid-rule to my yacc grammar but I always get
shift and reduce conflicts
pel-0.0.3.y contains 12 shift/reduce conflicts and 12 reduce/reduce
conflicts.
does anobody know other way? I was using yacc and then I tried bison but
they are the same, I have done what is in the manual but there they have a
very limited mid-rule topic

This might be off topic but can someone give me a quick run down on why
tools like lexx/yacc/bison are usefull ?
I know what there used for but not sure when they should be used and where ?
Thanks.

Hello!
I'm trying to fix code of esnacc to compile it in gcc4.0. I've fixed
almost all c/c++ code, but I've completly no idea about yacc.
Can someone help me how to fix the following warnings:
core/parse-asn1.y: In function 'yyparse':
core/parse-asn1.y:1517: warning: format '%ld' expects type 'long int',
but argument 4 has type 'AsnInt'
core/parse-asn1.y: In function 'InitAsn1Parser':

I just compile flex and yacc file then add to VC
it said:
precompiled header file is from a previous version of the compiler, or the
precompiled header is C++ and you are using it from C (or vice versa)
How to solve this problem

I have a gui that reads in a file using C++/yacc. If the file has a
parsing error, yacc throws the error to my program and I report it.
The problem is at that point, I would like to try to open a different
file, one that has no syntax errors. When I try to open this second
file, yacc throws me another error which I believe is leftover from
parsing the first file.
How do I clear the yacc "error stack"?

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
