Hello All,
I'm trying to get a "Virtual Listbox" to work. I've currently got a form,
and used CreateWindowExA to create a ListBox with the LBS_OWNERDRAWFIXED and
LBS_NODATA flags on it. I've allso subclassed the window and do see all
kinds of WS_??? messages coming by.
But now I'm stuck :-\
I've got *no* idea what to do next, and all my searching on the web leads me

I have an stl list that grows to be too huge to maintain effectivly in
memory.
There are elements within the list that could be stored on disk until
accessed.
However I don't want to expose this to the application class.
How can I extent the stl list to write some elements to disk when they
are put in the list
and read them from disk when they are read from the list.

Ok, in my program I have a std::list<Document*>, where Document is one of my
own classes.
I need to go through this list and check each item if it's ready for
deletion. If it's not, skip to next, if it's ready I take steps to delete
it. The thing is that the list is part of a gui application and the system
removes the Document* from the list during the execution of the loop body.
That means I cant use iterators to iterate over the list....

Hi,
I need to populate a dropdownlist control with values. Number of items for
that list exceeds 100.
I am using Html select list option.
When I drop down the list control, it shows the item list to the top of the

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
