How *EXACTLY* does Smart Navigation work? (I would really really really like
for this Smart Navigation to work in Mozilla.)
The inner workings and the code is what I am looking for.
Does it use JavaScript? If so, is there any code that someone can point to.
And can the ASP.NET 2.0 team get this work in Mozilla....sort of targeting...

Hello Out there!
I have a DB2 V7.2 Database (Fix11) on Win 2000 Professional. It was before a
NT 4 based Domain -
now it is a Win 2000 Domain. The database server is a domain member. Now
sometimes Win 2000 Clients
can't connect to the database. They connect over TCP/IP. The db2log says
that the function getHostByName
failed. It seems to...

I seem to be running into an issue where I am deriving a new class from
a struct with a different alignemnt via the pragma pack
#pragma pack(1)
typedef struct
{
unsigned short a;
unsigned int b;
} MyBase;

hi ,
I' know what the StructLayoutAttribute does. I've seen it being used.
But what does the Pack field do!?
This is what MSDN says:
Controls the alignment of data fields of a class or structure in
memory.
This field indicates the packing size that should be used when the
LayoutKind.Sequential value is specified. The value of Pack must...

Struct definition as following(on 32-bit Linux):

struct MY_STRUCT

char a;

short c;
short d;
int e;

If I use #pragma pack to byte align structures to non word size , will
this cause the program to run slightly slower if it is accessing and
setting non word aligned integers etc in the struct? Is there any
realignment going on silently underneath when the var is read and
written to memory?

In our project, one used the following struct
#pragma pack(1)
struct Foo {
uint8_t b1;
uint8_t b2;
uint8_t b3;
std::vector<uint8_t buf;
...
};

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in...
