ansi dll

1,047 Recognized Expert Top Contributor
We have an old development environment, which does do things in ansi, and not in Unicode...

we also have a new vendor which we want to connect to. They provide a DLL which uses Unicode.

How should we use this DLL (which is needed in 2 weeks time)?

1) Upgrade our development environment (which is planned for next year)

2) Write a DLL which communicate with out app in ANSI, and passes information to the DLL in Unicode.
(any pointers on how to do that?)

3) any other options are welcome too
