Why would you want to actually store the entire TextBox object? It is possible but you might want to let us know what you're trying to accomplish before actually doing it. I don't believe this will display in a grid and you'll hit a reflection error in some scenarios.

DataTable dt = new DataTable("Table1");
dt.Columns.Add("MyStringColumn", typeof(string));
dt.Columns.Add("MyTextBoxColumn", typeof(TextBox));
dt.Rows.Add("Row 1 Text", textBox1);

Hi, Mikkee, Thnx for the reply.
I need to populate values from listbox to a datagrid through DataTable. If I add textbox column with ItemTemplate(without DataTable) to dataGrid and add values through DataTable, there's a column order issue. So I was thinking of adding the controls to datatable in a specified order.
