Treeview from Top to Bottom

Is it possible to change the Treeview style so the treeview starting
from Top to bottom instead
of Left to Right (parent-child node) ? or is any third party software
control can do that?
Please advice.

Standard Treeview can not do this.

Try searching on Org Chart controls
I think that's what be what you are looking for.
