No. Only Sql Sever 2005 permits hosting .NET Assemblies internally. However,
you can use the Powerpoint COM object model. If you set a COM reference to
Powerpoint, you can manipulate presentations and their contents. But, you
still would not be able to do it FROM WITHIN Powerpoint.
