How can i do this with C# and .NET 2 ?

Respond to the Microsoft.Win32.SystemEvents.DisplaySettingsChange d event:

***
Microsoft.Win32.SystemEvents.DisplaySettingsChange d +=
new EventHandler(SystemEvents_DisplaySettingsChanged);

....

void SystemEvents_DisplaySettingsChanged(object sender, EventArgs e) {
MessageBox.Show("Display settings changed!");
}
***

Hope this helps,

Mike
