How to report a bug to MS?

People, the way Windows.Forms TabControl draw itself is buggy. I the tabs
page are on top of the control it is ok, but if it is set to the right,
left or botton of the control it just doesn't draw the way it should. At
this point Java draw it better. I'm not sure, however, if I'm trying to use
it the wrong way, but I believe I'm not.

So, how do I report this to MS so they can get it fixed?

TIA,
Scirious.

I think you would be roughly the one billionth person reporting
this...it's an issue that has existed even in .Net 1.1 and still
exists in 2.0...I myself wonder if they will ever fix it.

This is what makes OSS better. They at least fix things like this one.

Well, I've just noticed that Visual C# Express tabs doesnot have the same
bug. Is there a way to make my applications to look the same as Visual C#?

TIA,
Scirious.

Hi,

FYI, Java is not OSS at all.

Well, about the OSS thing I wasn't talking about Java.
