PC Health Objects (PCH/SAF) with C#

I'm writing an app that needs to duplicate the functionality in the event
log manager for sending event info to Microsoft and getting further info
about the event. I know the PC Health objects (PCH,SAF,
PCHHelpCenterExternal, etc) are the ones to use, but the documentation that
I've been able to find on these(msdn) is truly appalling. Does anyone have
any pointers for decent documentation, hopefully with example code, and
(fingers crossed) a C# wrapper?

Steve Foster

P.S. I'm not after the remote support aspect, just the "more info" aspect.
