Webservice Consuming

hi all,
I am developing one windows application,My application uses amazon
servics.So,Amazons providing one websevice,i am consuming that webservice
using webrefernce option.In this applcation folder is created 4 files
1) reference.map
2)reference.cs
3)Amazon.disco
4)Amazon.wsdl files.I know webservice concept.How these files are
interacting at run time?can any tell me.I want to know the concept.
