There has never been a Beta3, what exactly did you download and from what
URL?

There has been is a release candidate (RC ) version that was made available
through the "MSDN subscribers" download, but never a beta3.
The RTM version is 50727.42. while the RC was version 50727.32., both are
not the same builds, and if they were you should stop using the beta's
anyway.

Where did you load it from?
If it's an ISO image it should come from the MSDN subscribers download site,
right? In that case the download page clearly states which version it is RTM
or Beta or CTP.
