The c# compiler will link everything together manu compilers do. So classes
defined in "a.cs" are visible "b.cs" dependent on their specific access
modifiers (i.e public, private etc).

I want to refer the class a.cs from webForm1.aspx.cs .
But I dont know how to link them together .
