AddScope on CatAdm class object doesn't work

my code as folllows;
TType TypeHere = typeof(CIODMLib.CatAdmClass);
object ObjectHere = admNew.GetCatalogByName(strName);
object Wrapper = Marshal.CreateWrapperOfType(ObjectHere, TypeHere);
catNew = (CIODMLib.CatAdmClass)Wrapper; //OK untill this
catNew.AddScope(strScope,fExclude,vLogOn,vPassword );//Error here

But it gives an error when I pass correct parameters for Add scope as
follows

An unhandled exception of type 'System.ArgumentException' occurred in
ConsoleApplication1.exe
Additional information: The parameter is incorrect.

Please help me how can I solve this?
