Reg : Best Help options in net

Hi,

I am in a partner support team.

One of my partner is developing a web based application for heavy duty
vehicles using VB.Net, C# and SQL Server as database and also using .Net
Remoting technology.

He is using .Net 1.1 with SP1. He needs best practice recommendation, to
include latest help options in his application.

He is interested in Field level, overall multiple module level, online,
assistance and others help options recommended by us.

He is also needs recommendation on its look and feel.

Any help/suggestion is welcomed.

Kind regards,

Karthick.K.R
