Freeware components?

One of the nicest things about Delphi was the wide range of freeware
components easily found on the net. Are there similair libraries for
C#? (Not looking for war3z -- only components which are legitimately
freeware or shareware.)

There are lots of resuable code and useful components at
www.codeproject.com, www.codeguru.com etc. Do a google search to get
more like these.

www.componentscience.net has the free ElementsEx library. Since you have a
Delphi background you might appreciate that most of their engineers are
former TurboPower employees.

Thanks. I've found that for things as broad as this, Google is less
than useful; the human intelligence of Usenet -- knowing which are the
true 'heart' sites and which are just masses of junk filled with
keyword bloat -- is a much faster way to find info.
