Handle MO:DCA-P image files

Hello everybody.

I need to display images in an application I'm writing. I've had trouble
only with images that are in MO:DCA-P format (IBM Mixed Object Document
Content Architecture).

I have downloaded some viewers/converters (e.g.
http://www.mystikmedia.com/autoimager.asp) that can read that format display
it and convert it to TIFF, but, I need to do this in my app (i.e. load the
image, and convert it to TIFF, then display).

Any ideas on how to install the filter for MODCAP so that GDI+ can recognize
it?
