Column Count in HTML Table?

Hi

How do I get the column count for an HTML
table?(System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlTable)

I want to add rows at the beginning of the table for standard header and
info text, but the tables could have one column, or two. I need to know this
so I can set the attribute.

This is what I have so far:
System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlTableRow tRow = new HtmlTableRow();

System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlTableCell tCell = new HtmlTableCell();

System.Web.UI.WebControls.Label Label1 = new Label();

Label1.Text = "lblPageHeader";

tCell.Controls.Add(Label1);

tCell.Attributes["align"] = "center";

tRow.Cells.Add(tCell);

Table1.Rows.Insert(0, tRow);

It works but doesn't center if the table has two columns. How can I get
essentially a column count?
