HtmlInputFile Issue

I am using HtmlInputFile for users to upload files to the webserver. I have
this application on 2 servers (machine A IIS5.1 on XP pro'; machine B IIS 6.0
win 2003 web server).

I am banging my head on this problem. Files over 4 megs weren't ploading;
causing the page not found error to occur. After reading I found out I had
to set the: maxRequestLength= value. It works. However this is my issue.

The code running on machine A when accessed either via LOCALHOST or IP
address works fine. The EXACT same code on machine B will upload files up to
the size specificed in maxRequestLength (which is 8 megs right now) only
when being accessed LOCALHOST. If I access the application on Machine B from
Machine A and try to upload any file over 4 megs it dies even though I have
maxRequestLength set to 8 in both machine.config and web.config.

What gives? The code does work. Seems to be some setting for machine B on
remote connections bt I have no idea.
