Not quite sure what you mean by wanting to extend the framework. The
framework has thousands of classes.
What I would recommend is actually thinking of a project that you would like
to do or you think would benefit some group. With that in mind, then you
can focus your efforts on learning how to accomplish that task. For
instance, if you want to write some cool application that communicates
across the Internet, then you might start to examine the networking classes
and loearning how .NET handles network communications.
