Privleged Install

I have an application that I have built that I deploy to a call center. I
want to limit the users computers so that they can't install various
programs that they might download from the internet. I have limited them
via proxy cache but every once and a while they end up installing something.
Because of this I took away rights to install etc. I am wondering if there
is a way that my program can install without giving user admin rights.

Is there a way I can gain privlege to install if I know the admin password
even though my user is logged in as a regular user?
