Vipin,
There is nothing that supports this currently, either for managed or
unmanaged C++. However, there is a SOAP tooklit from Microsoft that you can
use which will create COM components that you can use which make the call to
web services with SOAP.
Additionally, if you need to access your web services in unmanaged C++
code, you can always generate a managed assembly using WSDL, and then export
that to COM.
