Visiblity kind issue

Hi all,
If we take a look at the UML specification, we will see that the visibility
of an element(visibilityKind) is an enumeration having four litterals :
"public", "private", "protected" and "package".
The "Type" class is equiped by only two properties "IsPublic" and
"IsNotPublic".
My question is : How could we get the visibility of a non-public Type
(private or protected) ?.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
