position paper

I post a position paper addressing what I feel to be one
glaring weakness of the c# language. --S. Lee Odegard

The object-oriented programming paradigm incorporates two
ideas: the joining of data with procedures that handle
them, and the providing of restricted views of that bundle
to help preserve the integrity of the data. The canonical
stack example demonstrates this; here the only publicly
available methods are push and pop.
