which reports i can use?

I need a repport in my windows c# Apllication.

Wich Reports i can use? I'm a little bit confuse with all reports
possibilities.
I have here post a example as my report would have to look.

Have anywhere a idea or perhaps a source code example in this kind.

you could use Crystal Report, it comes with VS.NET
Take a look at http://www.crystalreportsbook.com there you can find a book
about it
