Class Initialize

Hi,

I have a Data Access class with a .startBanco() method, and all my other
class libraries access this one.

Windows Form (GUI)
Class Library (Bussiness Logic)
Class Library (Data Access)

Can I fire .startBanco() when I initialize (instance) my second class,
without creating a method for this?

Thanks.
