WebBrowser Control and the Links-Collection

How can I simulate a click on an anchor element from a links-collection in
the WebBrowser control?
I'm using VS 2005 and the WebBrowser control in .NET 2.0.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks
Robert

Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to fix the paper orientation depending on the paper size used when printing with the WebBrowser control please? What I've got is a HTML file, containing 1 big table of data, created by transforming an XML file using a XSLT file I created in InfoPath (didn't have time to learn XSLT!), the resulting HTML file is fine, except I had to fix the column sizes of the table in cm. Because of this, the table will...

I have a WinForm application that has a WebBrowser Control. I can navigate to any website fine. I want to store the link addresses in an array to be called back later. For example, if I visit a news website's main page (www.newswebsite.com), they will have links to other stories. The links' address usually appears in the status bar when you mouse over the link (say for example, www.newswebsite.com/story1).

I have some code that I downloaded from Planet source code that will place all the links on a web page into a list box. When I use this code in my app it works on just the first web page when I click on a link of the first webpage then try to get the links on the new web page it will not populate the list box with any links from the new webpage. I think frames are the issue here even though I am unfamiliar with frames and what they...

I am having problems interacting with flash objects (i.e., Adobe Flash Player 9) in web pages when using a System.Windows.Forms.WebBrowser control. The flash objects always seem to display correctly, but when I click on a link within the flash object the WebBrowser often fails to navigate to the new page. If I use IE6 (from outside by app) or an AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser control (within my app) then everything works as expected. You can...

I'm writing an application that will manage a database of documents typed into the application by the user. Some documents will contain links to other documents. If the user clicks on a link, the application will get the linked document from the database and display it. The .NET 2.0 WebBrowser control looks like a good candidate to display the documents (document entry will by done by a form with text boxes). Here are my questions: ...

I'm using the AxSHDocVw.WebBrowser control to download data from a webpage at work (it's an internal page on my company's intranet). The page produces a runtime error after a while and the strange thing is that until the page is refreshed with Internet Explorer, the error keeps occurring. I realize no one can debug an application that I can't even provide details about (I didn't write nor do I have access to it) but what difference...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
