Multiple instances of WebBrowser component

Hi there,

I am trying to simultaneously run multiple Windows Forms (in this case
3 windows) each with a WebBrowser object. Each of the WebBrowser
objects is running a PowerPoint presentation (set to cycle through
automatically).

The problem I have run into is that when there is more than one window
only the last created window allows the PowerPoint presentation to
cycle. The other presentations appear to pause - until I click on their
window & then advance the scrollbar. It seems that the other windows
have lost focus (& therefore the WebBrowser object / PowerPoint file
pauses).

I tried running a timer on each of the windows & outputting a counter
to a Label on the screen at each tick. This works fine, ie the label is
continuously updated - so it would appear the controls on the screen
are still active.

A identical test app was built in another language (Visual Objects) to
make sure it wasn't a limitation of PowerPoint or the WebBrowser
object. This worked correctly with each of the 3 PowerPoint files (in
the WebBrowser object) running simultaneously.

Any ideas how to make sure all windows maintain focus, or alternatively
why this concept doesn't work in .NET yet will work in a Win32 language
such as Visual Objects (someone mentioned it maybe the way the Windows
Event Loop is being called & used)?

Thanks!

Hello, We're developing an application (.NET 2.0) that let's users drop documents in the application and allows users to show some document types "embedded". For example, a textfile would appear as a text box. We also want this for office documents, and want to give the user the possibility to edit these documents inline, so they will not...
