Chat: C# Team - Tech-Ed 2005 Wrapup, June 16th @ 1pm Pacific Time

As part of our standard every-other-thursday chat series, the C# Team is
having a Post-TechEd wrapup chat this Thursday. We're trying to get our
session content online before then, but only DEV370 (Debugging Smart Clients
with VS 2005) is up at the moment. You can find links to that content from
my blog (http://blogs.msdn.com/scottno).

See you there!

Scott Nonnenberg
Program Manager
Visual Studio Debugger / Visual C# Team
C# Team - Tech-Ed 2005 Wrapup
"Tech-Ed 2005 is June 5th through 10th. A number of sessions were given by
the C# team on the language (DEV340), IDE (DEV341), and debugger (DEV370).
Come join us for a Tech-Ed wrapup chat - whether you had questions at the
conference which weren't answered or you downloaded the slides and demos and
looked over them on your own, this is the place to be. (Content will be
posted publicly after the sessions are given)"

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention.
