Hi,
I am looking for opinions and alternatives for handling
null values in a data object which reads a record from a
database table.
This object will have properties which will be populated
from the DB table columns, standard enough. But what
about the instance where a column could be null.

Hey,
How can I set the display value of a combobox empty? But all the posible
choices are available when I push the trianglebut.
Sometimes if I set the selecteditem = null it works, other times it don't
work and sometimes I receive an error 'Additional information: Value cannot
be null'.

I have an application where a database entity that progresses through a
cycle. As it completes a step along the cycle, a todays date is assign to
one of the date columns in the table row. However at the beginning of the
cycle many of the dates hold null values.
Is there a simple way that I can read a date with a null value into a class
object I have created and turn around a write it back out to the table with

I'm looking for a DateTimePicker that supports 100% databinding (and support
null-values)...
It's a shame that the normal control doesn't, but when searching on the
internet, I didn't find any solution that works without problems.

I'm binding to a column in a TemplateField. In some cases the join I have
returns a null for an int field. I would like to specify a default value
somehow so I don't end up with a null exception.
I'm binding the CurrentRating of the Rating control so I'm doing

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
