.NET Security exception (???)

Hi,

I am writing an Obfuscator to Obfuscate managed .NET assemblies, the
obfuscator works with most of the assemblies I have tried, how ever, some
assemblies ( such as nunit-gui.exe ) generate the following exception ( Only
with the obfuscated assemblies ) :
â€œRequest for the permission of type
System.Security .Permissions.Fi leIOPermission, mscorlib, Version=1.0.500 0.0,
Culture=neutral , PublicKeyToken= b77a5c561934e08 9 failed.â€
I have verified that no special security attributes are set for any of the
methods/classes/assemblies using Reflector.exe ( a .NET decompiler ), I have
also verified that the .NET Framework is configured to â€˜Trust fullâ€™, Still,
the problem persist, I have really no idea what may cause thisâ€¦

Any Help, Ideas or pointers would be appreciatedâ€¦

Another thing, Browsing the stack-trace of the exception I can see that the
exception is somehow related to remoting:
