As I said before, use the System.Drawing. Printing namspace and the
PrintDocument class.
PrintDocument class is located in the tools menu for forms IIRC. If
you are writing a library, then seek MSDN for more info on the Print
Document Class.

the printDocument class will print anything you want. Use the
PrintDocumentEv entArgs.Graphic s property.
MSDN has an execelent example under the PrintPageEventA rgs.Graphics
property which is found in the System.Drawing. Printing namepsace.

I am a C++ newbie and am trying to send simple text data to my local printer. My printer is a USB printer and I have tried the following code using my USB port. This code executes but does not send anything to the printer. I have checked my printer ports and the name I have in the code is the same as is listed on the printer port.The code is as follows: file.open("USB-Compaq_A3000"); file << "Hello World" << std::endl; file.close;

I have downloaded the code described in Microsoft article Q154078. I am trying to send raw ZPL (zebra barcode printer) code from Microsoft access. It works just fine if I hard code the actual data in the string being sent to the printer. However, if I prompt the user for data or if I insert data from a particular record/field in a form Access crashes/closes on its own. I have included the code below, if anyone has any suggestions,...

On an academic note, I want to copy a Graphic to an Image (Bitmap). I have the Graphic object but not the origin image from which it originates; this is because I'm overriding the PrintDocument class OnPagePrint method which only provides me an e.Graphic (see code sample below). The FCL doesn't seem to natively support Graphic =(Image)Bitmap. I have tried BitBlt workaround in the source code to copy printer e.Graphic into the bmp...

Hi all... i am trying to print an image using GDI - but the only thing i get is a black rectangle. Does anybody know what is wrong, or how else to get the bitmap on the printer (GDI+ is not possible. it is a POS printer (for restaurants) and the printer internal fonts are a MUST for printing speed. as far as i know printer internal fonts are only accessable through GDI, so all my printing is GDI up to now)

I must be missing something here, but I can't seem to come up with a way to send the image generated on a form or picture box to my printer. Any help would be appreciated. Form2.Picture1.Line (BaseStartLeft, BaseStartTop + TtlHt - TKHeight)-_ Step(BDepth - TKDepth, TKHeight), B I tried Printer.Print and PrintForm methods, and either they don't work in this instance or my configuration is wrong. Thank you, Robert

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
