Can't find a namespace in VS 2003 !!

I'm trying to use a SoapFormatter, and it's supposed to be in
System.Runtime. Serialization.F ormatters, but here I only have Binary
namespace and not Soap.

Hi. I just installed the latest visual studio .NET 2003 and am doing some c# work. Its just a standard windows forms program, not an asp or web thing. I have been able to use a DataGrid ok, except this version of DataGrid doesnt seem to have a SelectedItem member. Additionally there is no DataGridItem class either.

Hi, ive just started on a relatively large project - 100+ projects and assemblies. I find I spend a lot of time adding namespaces and references, etc to my projects. Typically there is a class I want to use, from intellisence in a project that uses the class I find the namespace. Then: * I add the namespace.

Hello, A call to std::basic_string<wchar_t>::find(...) from within a class library is not working as expected. The value passed to find is 0x61, but the value it receives is 0xE961. What's happening? How do I fix this? Thanks // stack trace msvcp71d.dll!std::basic_string<wchar_t,std::char_traits<wchar_t>,std::allocator<wchar_t> >::find(_Ch='?' (0xE961), _Off=0x00000000) mscorwks.dll!791befaf()

Hi, Normally, I would use Namespace for all the window forms I created. With VS 2005, the code generated by the designer is hidden using partial keyword. The question is, is there an efficient way to add any window forms created into a namespace? Currently, I enclose the class for .vb and .designer.vb inside a namespace manually.

I wanted certain text boxes ( only certain ones ) to always be Trim'd so that spaces are not in the begining, nor the end of the text entered. I created my own "Handle ?" - i hope thats the right terminology, and it works. Is this the right way to do this? I had to use DirectCast to get the textbox name. Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
