Using A2K. I have a form with a combo box that runs a query and
returns a list of patients. 3 users are sharing this database and the
query runs fine for 2 of the users but not the 3rd. The query takes
2-3 minutes to execute for the 3rd.
Thinking this is more of a pc issue and not a database issue, I
inquired about their pc's and was assured that all 3 pc's are about 1
year old and are identical. They are all using Windows XP...

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
