uncheck all in a CheckedListBox

what is the shortest way to uncheck all the checked items in a
CheckedListBox.
I have coded a method as follows that takes the CheckedListBox and the
CheckedItems collection as arguments and loops through the collection
TRY's to uncheck the checked items with two ways, the first one fails
with some error and the second one does not uncheck anything.

the method is called from othe part of program as follows:
:
:
ResetList(MyChe ckedListBox , MyCheckedListBo x.CheckedItems) ;
:
:

//method definition
private void ResetList(Check edListBox lst, IList col)
{
//Try either this loop. This one ends with runtime error
foreach( Object obj in col)
{
lst.SetItemChec ked(col.IndexOf (obj), false);
}

//********* OR ***********

//Try this loop. This one doesn't work
for(int i=0; i<col.Count; i++)
{
lst.SetItemChec ked(col.IndexOf (col[i]), false);
}

}

Does the CheckedListBox support DisplayMember/ValueMember? I have been trying to use these properties with the CheckedListBox and they are not working. I see from Google that databinding is not supported on this control. Ok, fine. I tried to work around this by using DictionaryEntries, which still didn't work (see code below). Now I see in VS Help that DM/VM are not even listed as properties of the CheckedListBox (they are in VS...

Hi Can't believe I've not been able to find the answer to this in the on-line help. I have a CheckedListBox which, via a timer control, is populated with the names of files in a network folder. The "check mark" for each item in the control is determined by the boolean value of a custom property field of the file. That value is found using microsoft's dsofile.dll class.

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
