Call a DLL from C# with structure of callback routine

Hi all, I am new to C#, I am trying to use a 3-party dll that require
me to setup my own call back routine in a structure. All is good with
in C++ if caller in c++ but in C# I am lost.

The dll require me to pass in the following:

typedef struct my_fn_in_dll {
unsigned short version;
char * caller;
my_call_back_fn _ptr errorr_call_bac k;
}

Now I have a need to call the dll in C#. I would like to pass in my
call back function from by c# how would I do this?

Hi, I've created and installed a custom UDF to populate my combobox, and have defined it per : http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/vbaac10/html/acproRowSourceTypeFunctionParameters.asp I'm using ACC2002 in an ADP. However, I'm finding that he control variable (called "code" in the above documentation), is passed into my UDF with a value other than those listed

This is my first attempt as asynchronous processing. I have created a small test app as proof of concept, but I am having one proglem. In the example (code listed below), my callback routine has two problems: 1. It runs TWICE; and 2. While it seems to update the web page controls, the results never show up on the page. I am using delegates per a couple of examples I found on MSDN and elsewhere.

I need help to convert LoadRule.CPP to a C++ BridgeDLL, and I need help on how to convert the call to the BridgeDLL from C#.

Hi, I'm trying to figure out the Callback method. I have a .dll that I call from a sub in my unmanaged code/calling program. That works just fine. But I'd like to have the .dll finish doing it's thing before returning to my calling program. Right now, with the code I've been testing with, the calling program goes to the .dll and then returns back to the calling program without letting the .dll do it's thing. Just having a hard time...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
