background image not showing in designer

hey all,
should i be able to see my background image that i set in the style of my
html table in the designer?

i know it's there because when i browse to it the image shows up then.

for me, it turns out that my .png image doesn't show up in the designer but a
..bmp will.

I made a quick try defining the style using the style dialog and it works
fine (VS 2008). Bioth the page and the image file are in the same folder. It
perhaps depends on the url format you used ? What is the exact style ?
