Where are my dll's?

Hi,

having had a problem with my dll's (built fine, then suddenly build errors
everywhere) I decided to delete the dll and build it from scratch. However,
it doesn't seem to be in the bin folder.

I am using .NET 2.0 and I am very new to it.

Can anyone tell me where the dll's are normally kept?

they are in a temp folder in the framework, typically:

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temp orary ASP.NET Files

but just a rebuild instead of build.

I found the problem.

I already had a class called UserDetails.cs and decided to add a page for
the users to edit their details. Stupidly I called it....UserDetails.aspx.

Lesson learned: don't make ad hoc changes to your design when you have been
at it for 12 hours straight
