crystal reports problem in asp.net/vb.net

Hai to all,
I have a webform calling a report which was already generated in
crystalreports.
If i save my report In 'CrystalReports' with the Option "Savedata with
report",it is displaying that perticular data,
if i cancel that option and calling report it is giving an error .I am using
SqlServer as backend.All the connections were correct .
On pageload i have given the following code
